This website is operated by Designer Studios, a creative enterprise led by Caitlin Barton. By using this website, you are agreeing to follow the terms and conditions set out below.

Designer Studios reserves the right to change any information related to the terms and conditions or any other content on this website at any time, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, terms and conditions, returns, pricing, ordering processes, and products.

In order to process your order, Designer Studios is required to collect the information that you provide, such as your name, address, and email address. This information is used solely to process your order and deliver it to you. Designer Studios will never distribute, sell, or use your details for any other reason.

The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Designer Studios and the services and products we offer. Designer Studios reserves the right to change, delete, or move any material on this website at any time without notice. Designer Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access this website.

//Sensitive Data Policy//

We adhere to a strict policy of not collecting any sensitive data about you. This includes but is not limited to, information related to your ethnicity, race, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, and health details. Your privacy and data security are of paramount importance to us.

// Payment Information //

When you place an order by credit card, Designer Studios does not store any information other than what is listed above. We use third-party financial services facilitated by payment providers Hnry. Your card details are used through an encrypted server to ensure your order is processed safely and securely. Designer Studios does not see any of your card information before, during, or after this process.

// Mailing List //

When you sign up for our mailing list, you are giving your consent for us to email you the newsletters we create. While the box at checkout is ticked by default, you are more than welcome to un-tick it if you do not wish to sign up. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of our emails.

//Web Beacons//

We may use web beacons (or clear gifs) on our website and in our emails. So basically when we send emails, we can track behaviour such as who opened the emails, and who clicked the links, and collect information such as your IP address, your browser or email type; we then put this information together to improve the performance of our email campaigns and provide you with better and/or services specific to your needs. You will always be able to opt out of any emails we send just click the link in the email that says “unsubscribe”.

// Sharing of Designs //

If you do not want your designs to be shared by us on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Story, etc.), please let us know.

All content within this website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, and product designs, is the property of Designer Studios. Downloading, reproducing, copying, or republishing is strictly prohibited without prior written approval, and legal action will be taken where necessary.

All pictures used from this website and any associated social media accounts must be credited and receive prior written approval before use. Designer Studios reserves the right to decline requests to use the images at any time without explanation.

All prices stated on the website are in New Zealand dollars. Designer Studios reserves the right to change the price of goods at any time without notice. Taxes are not included in the total price of each item.

What Is Protected

All creative works, ideas, concepts, designs, written content, photography, videography, branding, strategic frameworks, and intellectual property created by me or Designer Studios NZ — past, present, and future — are exclusively owned by their creator. This includes but is not limited to: — Brand identities and visual systems — Website copy and written content — Photography and video featuring me or my work — Business concepts, methodologies, and creative processes — Any content published on this website, social media, or any platform at any time

What Is Prohibited

No content on this website or any platform where I or Designer Studios NZ appear may be used — in whole, in part, or as inspiration — for: — Training, fine-tuning, or developing any AI or machine learning system — Generating deepfakes, digital replicas, or synthetic representations of my identity — Cloning my voice, replicating my appearance, or mimicking my creative style via AI tools — Any commercial or non-commercial AI-assisted impersonation or replication — Scraping, harvesting, or automated collection of my content or likeness

This prohibition is retroactive to all prior published content and extends indefinitely to all future content.
