When Lizy Casey first came to us, she had already built a strong reputation in her field. A registered nurse with over 15 years of hospital experience, Lizy brings warmth, professionalism, and expert care to every client she sees. But like many small businesses, her branding didn’t reflect the high level of service she was delivering.
Her clinic was operating under the name E Clear Ear Care — a name that felt confusing, hard to pronounce, and even harder to remember. The long domain name wasn’t helping either. Lizy knew it was time to reposition her business with a clearer brand and more strategic presence online.
Starting with Strategy – Naming That Sticks

After exploring multiple directions (and ruling out a long list of taken names), we landed on a name that was simple, outcome-focused, and impossible to forget:

Designing a Brand That Feels Like Care
With the new name locked in, we created a visual identity that reflected Lizy’s approach: calm, clean, and deeply professional — without feeling clinical or cold.
The logo design is soft and open, paired with a clear, fresh colour palette inspired by clarity, safety, and trust. We used modern, gentle typography and thoughtful spacing to give the brand a polished, welcoming feel. It’s designed to put people at ease — even before they arrive for treatment.
We also helped define the brand tone: warm but never fluffy, informative without being overwhelming. The result is a visual and verbal identity that’s confident, caring, and clear.
Website Design for a Seamless Experience
For the website, our goal was clarity, both in design and user experience. We simplified her services, clarified the benefits of microsuction (the gold standard in earwax removal), and integrated the Cliniko booking system for easy online appointments.
With a mobile-friendly layout, clean structure, and SEO-optimised content, the site supports Lizy’s business not just as a digital brochure but as a growth tool. Every part of the experience, from homepage to booking, reflects Lizy’s real-world care: professional, trustworthy, and easy to access.
